The Central Council of Metropolitan Montreal-CSN (CCMM-CSN), the Regroupement des organizations communautaires Montreal (ROCFM) and the Intersectoral Grouping of Community Organizations in Montreal (RIOCM), will hold, on January 31 evening and February 1 , from 9 am to 3:30 pm, a conference on mixed-fund foundations (such as the Lucie and André Chagnon Foundation), which is a concern and a new wave of social governance in Quebec.
They position themselves on the chessboard as funders for several community organizations and state agencies and increasingly define the direction and actions of the state.
This symposium, which will bring together nearly 200 participants from the union, community and institutional sectors, will discuss the issues raised by this type of social PPP from presentations by experts and practitioners from various disciplines.
