President Raymond Bernier and Vice-Presidents Nicolas Marceau and André Spénard have given their maximum to offer Quebecers a report that responds to the urgency of the situation. In their opening remarks, they wrote, “Finally, we can not end this word without thanking the tax expert, Brigitte Alepin, who was one of the first people to discuss the subject with us.
